Alexey Busev met with the Deputy Minister of Economy of the UAE

On November 14, 2018, Alexey Busev, Chairman of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Commission for Cooperation with Partners in the UAE (Director of INCONA), met with Abdullah Ahmed Al Saleh, Deputy Minister of Economy of the UAE for Foreign Trade. The meeting was held in Dubai, in one of the offices of the Ministry of Economy of the Emirates.

During the meeting, the parties discussed a wide range of issues related to the development of business cooperation between Russian and Emirati businesses.

Russia’s foreign trade turnover with the UAE in 2017, according to the Federal Customs Service of Russia, amounted to 1.63 billion US dollars, which is significantly higher than the previous year (1.244 billion US dollars in 2016). At the same time, Russian exports amounted to 1.46 billion US dollars, imports – 171.3 million US dollars.
