INCONA and the REBC signed an agreement on cooperation and partnership

On the 20th of October, 2011, INCONA and the Russian-Emirates Business Council at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation signed an agreement on cooperation and partnership in the field of conuslting and promotion of companies from Russia and the CIS countries to the UAE market.
