International forum with representatives of state protocol services and business communities

On November 19-20, more than 80 speakers took part in the International Forum of Protocol Professionals “FIRST OFFICIALS”. The event was organized with the support of Incona.

The speakers discussed current questions of state, international and business protocol, etiquette, intercultural communications and professional education. During the meetings, general director of INCONA and Chairman of the Comission for working with partners in the UAE of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce & Industry Alexey Busev revealed the basic principles of business communication in the Gulf countries and shared his personal experience of doing business and interacting with Arabs.
