Record number of participants: INCONA summed up the results of the Russian-Emirati webinar

On January 21, 2021, more than 190 representatives of manufacturing and trading companies from Russia and the UAE took part in the open webinar «Russian-Emirati food trade: Opportunities and success stories». The event was organized by the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Moscow and Dubai with the support of the Russian Food House in the UAE.

The key topic of the webinar was the discussion of the prospects of the Russian-Emirati food trade in 2021. The guests of the event highlighted the current trends in the field of food trade, popular product categories and opportunities for exporting food from both countries. During the discussion, representatives of Russian exporting companies shared their experience of successful food supplies to the Gulf market.

According to the moderator of the meeting, Chairman of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce and Industry Commission on Foreign Economic Cooperation with Partners in the UAE and CEO of INCONA Alexey Busev, one of the most effective tools for interaction between Russian companies and Arab partners is the Russian Food House in the UAE, whose main task is to promote Russian food producers in the MENA region. He stressed that today the Pavilion has all the necessary infrastructure for both tasting products and conducting business negotiations.
