The first KIZAD webinar for Russian companies

On March 30, about 100 Russian companies took part in the open webinar “Abu Dhabi: opportunities for Russian companies and exporters”. The event was organized by Khalifa Industrial Zone Abu Dhabi (KIZAD), Moscow Chamber of Commerce & Industry and INCONA.

The core topics of the webinar:

 Practical issues of doing business in the UAE for Russian companies;
 Opportunities of Khalifa Port infrastructure for international trade;
 Opportunities of dual license in Abu Dhabi for doing business inside and outside the freezone;
Abu Dhabi as a logistics hub for doing business in the Middle East region;
 Experience of Russian companies that are working in Abu Dhabi;
Legal issues of doing business in the UAE for Russian companies.

During the webinar Alexey Busev, Chairman of the Russia–UAE Committee of the Moscow Chamber of Commerce & Industry and general director of INCONA, reported on the market challenges of doing business in the UAE for Russian companies. The meeting ended with Q&A session.
