The Federal Tax Administration has stated that companies can register using the EmaraTax digital tax services platform.

*The UAE has introduced a federal corporate tax with a standard statutory rate of 9%, as a result of which the income of companies exceeding $102,000 falls into the tax base. Taxable profits below the threshold will be taxed at a rate of 0%.
