Alexey Busev’s speech at the REC International consultation: «The UAE is a window of opportunity»

On August 9, 2022, an online event of the Russian Export Center from the series «International Consultations» was held with the theme of the United Arab Emirates — Window of Opportunity videoconference.

Alexey Busev, Executive Director of the Russian-Emirates Business Council (REBC) and CEO of INCONA, was invited to the event as a speaker.

During his speech, Alexey told the participants about the UAE market and the algorithm for entering it, as well as about the REDS tools aimed at promoting Russian exporters in the region. The event was also attended by invited Emirati and Russian experts, representatives of the business communities of the two countries, the Russian Export Center (REC), the Embassy of the UAE in the Russian Federation and the Trade Mission of the Russian Federation in the UAE.

The parties talked about the current features and prospects of doing business in the UAE in the light of recent international events, as well as the most important areas of cooperation development and the possibilities of using the tools of non-financial and financial support of the REC.

During the videoconference, the speakers answered the questions of the companies sent during registration for the online event.
