Eugene Golotsan at the meeting of the representatives of the CCI with the Ambassador of the Sultanate of Oman

On January 19, representatives of the MCCI met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Sultanate of Oman H.E. Hamad bin Salim bin Abdullah Al Tuwayh.

The meeting was attended by the President of the MCCI Vladimir Platonov, the Vice-President of the MCCI Suren Vardanyan, as well as the INCONA company represented by the Deputy General Director Eugene Golotsan.

Vladimir Platonov and Suren Vardanyan noted the focus of Russian entrepreneurs on finding and forming new contacts, trade relations and building new logistics and commodity chains.

H.P. Hamoud bin Salim bin Abdullah Al Tuwayh noted the interest of the Sultanate of Oman in Russian investments and expressed confidence in the possibilities of building business relations between the two states.

Eugene Golotsan informed the participants of the meeting about the cooperation activities with Omani companies over the past three years, and also offered options for further cooperation, including the organization of a joint video conference for business representatives of the two countries.

Food production, pharmacology, industrial production and the oil and gas industry were among the promising areas of cooperation at the meeting.

As a result of the discussion, preliminary agreements were reached on holding joint events in order to strengthen bilateral cooperation between the countries.
