INCONA organized a business visit of the Al Marjan Island company to Russia

From June 14 to June 21, 2017, a delegation of the state company of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah − Al Marjan Island − paid a business visit to Russia. The delegation was headed by the Marketing Director of Al Marjan Island, Mr. George Saad. The business visit was organized by INCONA.

Within the framework of the visit program, the management of Al Marjan Island held meetings with Russian campaigns, financial structures, investors and developers interested in cooperation with Al Marjan Island and opening a business in the UAE. During the meetings held in Moscow and St. Petersburg, the following issues were discussed: investment opportunities of Al Marjan Island; tax preferences and preferential investment conditions of Al Marjan Island; organization of practical interaction with the administration of Al Marjan Island.

Following the meetings, a number of Russian companies and financial structures expressed interest in establishing cooperation with Al Marjan Island and opening a business in the UAE.

The state-owned company Al Marjan Island manages development projects on the territory of the artificial islands of Al Marjan, stretching 4.5 km deep into the Gulf. Projects in the field of hotel business, luxury housing, entertainment and recreation industry are being implemented on the territory of Al Marjan Island.

The Al Marjan Island project is personally supervised by His Highness Sheikh Khalid Bin Saud Al Qasimi. The administration of Al Marjan Island issues construction and investment licenses on preferential terms.
