INCONA visited the Prodexpo global exhibition of food, beverages and food raw materials in Moscow

From February 6 to 10, Moscow hosted the international exhibition of food, beverages and raw materials for their production «Prodexpo-2023».

The event was held at the central exhibition complex «Expocentre», where the following were presented:

• 8 pavilions, divided by product categories;
• 70 thousand participants from 115 countries;
• more than 2000 companies from 34 countries;
• daily tastings and events.

This year, companies from the regions of Russia have actively increased their presence at the exhibition. Regional business support structures organized collective expositions, as well as co-financed the participation of Russian regional producers.

The products at Prodexpo-2023 included everything from basic foods and drinks for every day to exquisite delicacies, as well as organic, sports, functional and healthy lifestyle food, halal, kosher, exotic products. An impressive number of meat and meat products producers were represented. The number of participating confectionery manufacturers was particularly impressive, for which three pavilions were allocated at once.

One of the trends of the exhibition, of course, was «sports/ healthy nutrition»: a large number of products without white sugar, protein bars and drinks, gluten-free products, as well as products for people with diabetes.

The Prodexpo-2023 exhibition allowed Incona specialists and other visitors to establish contacts with new suppliers, as well as establish optimal logistics chains, find relevant offers and opportunities to effectively develop their business.
