Joint seminar of INCONA and the Export Support Center of the Perm Region

On October 19, 2022, a seminar «The UAE Oil and gas sector: opportunities for exporting Russian products» was held in Perm, organized by the Export Support Center of the Perm Region and INCONA.

The Deputy General Director of INCONA Eugene Golotsan acted as a speaker at the seminar, who raised such topics as:

• Features of working with large oil and gas companies in the UAE: a tender system, registration as a contractor, opening your own company or working through an intermediary;
• Certification of products required to work with oil and gas companies in the UAE;
• Tax and customs specifics in the UAE.

At the end of the seminar, Eugene answered the questions of the participants, also touching upon the cultural peculiarities of the Arab Emirates and the prospects of the UAE for Russian companies. In addition, he gave some advice to future participants of the international exhibition ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi.
